Kundenservice nett, Motiv kratzanfällig, Lufteinschlüsse im Glas

Ich habe meine erste soulbottle aus glas vor knapp 10 Jahren geschenkt bekommen. Vor kurzem ging sie leider zu Bruch und ich bestellte eine neue. Als sie ankam war ich leider etwas enttäuscht, weil das Motiv bereits Kratzer hatte und das Glas an mehreren stellen sichtbare Lufteinschlüsse hat. Das war bei meiner vorherigen nicht so. Der Druck war bis zum letzten Tag unversehrt trotz Reinigung in der Spühlmaschine und das Glas vergleichsweise hochwertiger verarbeitet.
Der Kundenservice war nett.
Ich habe sie letztendlich behalten und bin gespannt wie lange die Lebensblume halten wird. Ich würde empfehlen ein anders Motiv zu wählen, da habt ihr länger Freude mit!

In der Tat ist es so, dass die flower of life durch den Gold-Druck etwas empfindlich ist. Alle anderen Motive sind aber kratzfest und damit sehr robust.
