How we work and how we organize ourselves

Das soulbottles Team steht vor Landerampe und hält Trinkflaschen in die Luft

how we live the future

In our organization, we work together in a spirit of respect and (still) remain efficient. With meaning. And that gives us a real opportunity and relevance for the needs of a changing society - and the working world of tomorrow. Sounds like a utopian dream, doesn't it? How can that be implemented and lived? How are decisions made? What does "leadership" mean to us? What happens when we don't agree?
The values with which we started still guide us today in our internal and external collaboration:

curiosity

honesty

courage

soulful warmth

ease

transparency

We want to be able to show ourselves as whole people, with everything that comes with it, and still take our tasks seriously and make massive progress. Instead of having mentally resigned and eagerly awaiting the weekend - nothing against the weekend.

honesty

We want to be as honest with each other as soulbottles are plastic-free (psst: 100% plastic-free). And express this honesty – as best as possible – free of judgement and with appreciation.

growth

We don't want leadership to be taken over by a few people, but rather that everyone can start autonomously in their areas with an entrepreneurial spirit. With clear, reliable processes that ensure that suggestions for improvement – regardless of who they come from – become meaningful and tangible changes.

…and how does it work?

In our collaboration we are guided by two concrete methods/attitudes: Holacracy and Nonviolent Communication .

1. Holacracy

Holacracy helps us to intelligently divide the work and give each of us as much autonomy as possible in our daily lives.

2. Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

Ensures that conflicts are addressed openly without hurting one another. This allows us to grow from tensions - on both a professional and personal level.

We have written down here what this looks like in everyday life… or listen to one of our podcasts (also in English)!
