We want a slower pace, relaxing music, and comfortable seating. But we also want interaction, spontaneity, and inspiration. And on top of that, we want elaborate coffee and tea specialties that you'd never make yourself, but that maximize your well-being. Can't we fill our mouths enough? We always want to do more with soulbottles than just sell bottles, even though we really enjoy it, especially the new stainless steel drinking bottles, soulbottles steel light. No, we want more: to explore new paths with our organization, disrupt existing structures, and motivate many people to become more sustainable. In 2019, our team came up with the idea of creating a place where we could interact more closely with customers and partners. When some friends of ours gave up their small café in Berlin Neukölln, we thought this could be such a place: a true soulcafé! This idea has now become reality.
soulbottles of course has a headquarters where our office, the soul incubator and our entire warehouse logistics and laser production are housed there. But that requires a lot of space, so our HQ is located in an industrial area in Berlin, which is, of course, pretty hip startup style—but unfortunately, where very few people pass by. We've chosen a nicer area for our soul café: it's located in the Schillerkiez, three minutes from the Leinestraße subway station and practically right next to Tempelhofer Feld . Easily accessible and in the most beautiful district in the world: Neukölln (which, quite coincidentally, also happens to be the district where I grew up). In the front area, you can buy coffee, snacks, and, of course, soul bottles. In the back, there's a coworking and event space that we use, but also want to offer to other organizations and people. At first there was nothing but nonsense for us
The whole thing was actually supposed to start in April 2020. I still remember how we painted the walls in March to get everything finished. Well, and you probably remember... the coronavirus pandemic hit, and suddenly restaurants, events, coworking, and retail were no longer so popular. We had to close before we could open – it really hurt my heart.
The entire project was put on hold, and we focused on crisis management for the time being. Last year, we decided not to open and run the café alone, but with an experienced partner. As luck would have it, it was a soulie: Serhat worked for us in logistics for a long time, but always wanted to have his own café and comes from a family with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. So, after some delay, we were finally able to get started.

Now it's coffee time & the best cake
Our official opening ceremony will take place on November 20, 2021, and you are all cordially invited. There's wonderful coffee from truesday: super fair and incredibly delicious . Tap water is free, of course, you know us. All the cakes are homemade; I especially recommend the San Sebastian Cheesecake. For those who like savory treats, there are also specials, such as the Grilled Cheese Sandwich (also available in vegan!).

In the back of the soulcafé, we've set up a coworking space that we use for work. We also have a few tables available and look forward to your visit.
